practices at federal Veterans Health Administration facilities, was read

Senator Dyson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page                                                              
1935. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION

resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and
